I always felt as if the straps were twisted and it was tricky sometimes to determine which way they should go most of the time the straps were fine. I really like the versatility of the Ergo carriers in that they can be worn a variety of ways, front, hip and back. They are also a well known brand in the babywearing world. You can buy at the Ergo website or at an authorized retailer.

The Performance has a sleeker, sportier look and comes in grey and the spring green pictured. I can see it fitting in well with REI attire and hiking boots and the sport materials may stand up better to the elements.
